Radiohead to stream ‘In Rainbows—From the Basement’ free on YouTube

The latest streaming offering from Radiohead as they keep us entertained during lockdown is the legendary In Rainbows — From the Basement session which they recorded at The Hospital Club in London.

The streaming of the much-loved session will begin at 10 pm GMT, In Rainbows — From the Basement briefly had a run on VH1, as well as being an iTunes exclusive for an even briefer period, and it also temporarily existed as a DVD extra in Japan.

Except for numerous bootlegs which are available to watch on YouTube, the series is almost impossible to own, legally, until now.

In this famed session, Radiohead would deliver a set of the finest calibre which included most of their legendary record In Rainbows, as well as the rarities ‘Go Slowly’ and ‘Bangers + Mash’, a few Hail to the Thief numbers such as ‘Myxomatosis’, ‘The Gloaming’, and ‘Where I End and You Begin’ as well as the bona fideKid A classic Optimistic’.

Some of the previous editions of their quarantine concert series include King of Limbs: From the Basement, as well as their game-changing Live at the Astoria from 1994, and sets from Bonnaroo 2006 and Coachella 2012.
