Radiohead will stream their iconic 2006 show at Bonnaroo Festival

Radiohead are continuing with their series of concert films during lockdown and are set to release another cracker this evening. This time from their iconic set at Bonnaroo back in 2006.

The premiere will start at 10 pm BST and will see Thom Yorke and co take to the festival stage to deliver a legendary performance that will always be remembered as one of their best.

Radiohead will continue to deliver their weekly concert film series by sharing their 2006 Bonnaroo show, following up last week’s 2012 Coachella performance.

The set is largely remembered for being one of the first times In Rainbows was given a proper run out. Taking to the stage a year before the album was released in 2007, Yorke and the group borrow heavily from the then-upcoming album.

’15 Step’, ‘Bodysnatchers’, ‘Weird Fishes/Arpeggi’, ‘Nude’, ‘House of Cards’ and ‘Videotape’ were all performed and taken from In Rainbows. They also performed tracks from OK Computer and Kid A.

Jonny Greenwood called Bonnaroo 2006 “the best festival experience I’ve ever had in America.” He added. “I hope the heat, dust, and smell of fine Southern whiskey comes over as well as the songs — and I hope that we get back to live music soon.”

Come back here at 10 pm to find Radiohead’s legendary set at BonnarooFestival from back in 2006.
