Priscilla Presley condemns claim Riley Keough is biological mother to John Travolta’s son

Priscilla Presley has denied the “outrageous” claim that her granddaughter, Riley Keough, is the biological mother of John Travolta‘s son.

A new legal filing made by Presley’s former business advisors, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, claims that Keough, who starred in Daisy Jones and the Six, donated her eggs to Travolta and his then-wife, Kelly Preston, which allegedly made her the biological mother of their youngest son, Ben Travolta.

According to the lawsuit, per Billboard, Keough received “an old Jaguar” and payment of $10,000 to $20,000 in exchange for her eggs, which allegedly conceived Ben, who is now 15.

The claims were made in a $50 million breach of contract lawsuit filed by Kruse and Fialko against Presley’s son and Keough’s half-uncle, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia.

Additionally, the filing alleges that Travolta and Preston, who have two other children together, had previously used eggs provided by the late Lisa Marie Presley, who was Keough’s mother and Priscilla’s daughter. It doesn’t state whether Lisa Marie is the biological mother of their other children.

The lawsuit claims that Lisa Marie’s ex-husband, Michael Lockwood, provided the information to Kruse and Fialko.

Through her lawyer, Marty Singer, Presley has denied the allegations, telling US Weekly, “After losing motion after motion in this case, and unsuccessfully seeking to have Presley’s counsel of record, Marty Singer, disqualified from representing her in this matter, Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family.”

Singer continued, “In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley’s son, cousin, and assistant.”

He concluded, “These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court.”

In response, lawyers for Kruse and Fialko told the same publication, “Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko are heartbroken that they have been forced to file their most recent amended complaint. They have been accused of horrific acts that are not supported by any evidence whatsoever.”

Presley has been locked in a legal battle with Kruse and Fialko for over 12 months, after they initially accused her of fraud. She subsequently countersued the duo.

Keough is yet to comment on the claims in the lawsuit.
