Pink Floyd to release remastered vinyl reissue of live album ‘Pulse’
Pink Floyd have announced plans to release a remastered vinyl reissue of live album their iconic album Pulse.
According to a press release, the reissue will be audio remastered from the original tapes by James Guthrie, Joel Plante and Bernie Grundman and will be pressed on to 180-gram wax and ensconced in individual inner and outer sleeves.
Due to the tape being a live version, the new vinyl reissue will include a version of ‘One Of These Days’ which wasn’t included on the original album.
The 4-LP box set, set to be the album’s first vinyl reissue since it was first released in 1995, will be available on on May 18th. Included, fans will find a 52-page hardback photo book and artwork that’s been recreated by Hipgnosis’ Aubrey Powell and Peter Curzon.
