Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper joined forces once at the 91st Academy Awards for a performance of ‘Shallow’ from their movie A Star Is Born.

The song, which has been nominated for an Oscar in the Best Original Song category, is taken from Cooper’s film A Star Is Born which itself picked up a host of other nominations from the Academy.

The song itself was written by Gaga along with the help of Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando, and Andrew Wyatt before producing duties was passed over to Gaga who worked with Benjamin Rice.

On top of Oscars appreciation, the song claimed a Golden Globe for ‘Best Original Song’ as well as four Grammy Award nominations.

A Star Is Born is up for a host of awards at the Oscars including Best Cinematography, Best Sound Mixing, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Picture.

On top of that, Bradley Cooper, Lady Gaga, and Sam Elliott also received nominated for Best Actor, Best Actress, and Best Supporting Actor
