Oasis line-up Liam Gallagher’s guitarist as Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs replacement

Guitarist Mike Moore is reportedly set to fill in for Paul ‘Bonehead’ Arthurs for a series of upcoming Oasis shows.

Arthurs is taking a pre-planned break from the tour to undergo cancer treatment after being diagnosed with prostate cancer earlier this year. He shared that he is “responding well to treatment” and ensured fans he’ll return for the South American leg.

The guitarist explained: “I am having to take a planned break for the next phase of my care, so I’ll be missing the gigs in Seoul, Tokyo, Melbourne, and Sydney.”

Bonehead is set to be back in the fold with Oasis on November 15th when they play the Estadio Monumental in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Now, The Mirror has reported that Moore, who was in Liam Gallagher’s band prior to the Oasis reunion, is set to fill in for Bonehead for the four shows he will miss. A source told the publication: “Mike Moore has been playing for Liam since 2017 and so he knows plenty of the Oasis tunes from the solo gigs.

Their first concert with Moore is set to take place on October 21st at the Goyang Stadium in South Korea.

Oasis Live ’25 is set to conclude at the Estádio do Morumbi in São Paulo on November 23rd. While there is no word on whether they will return in 2026, Liam has hinted that the reunion will continue to roll into next year.

In response to a fan complaining that ‘The Hindu Times’ didn’t have a place on Oasis’ setlist, Liam replied on X, “Chill Winston it’s not even HALF TIME yet it’s a tour of 2 half’s”. He also told fans, “See you next year” at Wembley Stadium in September and similarly said at the end of their set in Mexico City, “We’ll see you again. We fucking love you.”
