Noel Gallagher will release an unheard Oasis track tonight

Noel Gallagher has taken to social media to share the news that not only has he discovered a previously unheard Oasis song but that he will be sharing it this evening.

Not normally the most vocal Gallagher brother on Twitter, Noel took to the social media channel to share that he discovered the song ‘Don’t Stop’ which he believed to be “lost forever”.

Gallagher found the previously lost demo in a box of old CDs at home and as now promised to release the song this evening. Noel shared the news in typical fashion and shown how productive lockdown can be.

“Hey there dudes and dollies. Like the rest of the world, I’ve had infinite time to kill lately so I thought I’d finally look and find out what was actually on the HUNDREDS of faceless unmarked CD’s I’ve got lying around in boxes at home,” he wrote.

“As fate would have it, I have stumbled across an old demo which I thought had been lost forever.” The singer and guitarist goes on to explain how the track comes from an Oasis soundcheck in Hong Kong and was recorded “about 15 years ago.”

He continued: “I know some of you love this tune so we thought we’d put it out there for you to enjoy/argue over. It’ll be up on the internet from midnight. The song is called ‘Don’t Stop.’”
