Miles Kane announces huge summer UK tour

Miles Kane has announced his return to the live circuit after revealing details of a 16 date headline tour of Britain this summer, which kicks off at The Brickyard in Carlisle this May.

The Scouser took to Twitter yesterday to share the news and express his excitement for the run of dates to start.

Kane is currently recording his third solo album, his first since 2013’s Don’t Forget Who You Are, expect him to air plenty of new material that he’s been cooking up on these upcoming dates.

In that time he has toured the world with his best mate Alex Turner in The Last Shadow Puppets with the band scoring a number one record with their latest album Everything You’ve Come To Expect.

Turner also looks set to make a comeback with Arctic Monkeys, with drummer Matt Helders recently telling a fan in a Sheffield takeaway to expect a new record around May to coincide with their huge run of festival dates this summer which includes one UK date at TRNSMT Festival which will see them be supported by  Kane and will also see sets from Interpol and Blossoms.
