The Toronto punks METZ are known for their live shows. It’s a place where the energy of their music can be fully exploited and splashed in sweat across the faces of the front row. Add to this that they’re bloody good at it and you see why their new video is cuts from recent shows.
Taken from their latest album on Sub Pop II which had punk fans screaming for joy as it deliver heavy hammer blows of humongous riffs. The video, directed by the band themselves, is an extension of this.
It encapsulates the video with a ferocity only previously seen in bear traps. Sharp, dangerous and savage METZ have a knack for the nasty.
