Marvel Comics creator Stan Lee dead at 95


We’re very sad to have learned the news that Stan Lee, the creator of Marvel Comics has died at the age of 95. His daughter has reportedly confirmed the news via TMZ.

The celebrity news website says an ambulance was rushed to Lee’s Hollywood Hills home early Monday morning and he was then rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, we sadly he passed away.

Lee had suffered several illnesses over the last year or so, he had a bout of pneumonia and vision issues, and he recently stopped appearing as a cherished cameo in the Marvel movies.

Stan started Marvel with his partner Jack Kirby in 1961 when hitting the big time with The Fantastic Four. He then went on to create Spider-Man, Black Panther, The Incredible Hulk, X-Men, Iron Man and The Avengers – all of which have been made into huge franchises.

Stan Lee, with his Marvel universe, made the world a better place, and we’re sad to hear of this news. Our thoughts are with his family, friends and fans at this time.
