Mad Cool 2026: Full line-up announced including Foo Fighters, David Byrne, Pulp, and Nick Cave
Mad Cool Festival has just announced its line-up for 2026, featuring a stacked bill of artists such as the Foo Fighters, David Byrne, Pulp, as well as Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds.
The festival, which takes place in Madrid, will be celebrating its 10th anniversary next year, and has risen to the occasion by providing a seismic line-up over the course of July 8th to July 11th next year, with four days’ worth of massive sets on the cards.
Proceedings will kick off on Wednesday, July 8th, where festival-goers can expect huge sets from the Foo Fighters, Moby, The War on Drugs, and Wolf Alice. For Foo Fighters, this will mark their only appearance in Spain on their newly announced European tour for 2026. Elsewhere, the headliners will also be joined by the likes of The Last Dinner Party and Jehnny Beth on the day.
Moving on to Thursday, July 9th, the big names just keep on coming, this time in the form of headline slots from Florence and the Machine, Jennie, Lorde, and Teddy Swims. In addition, the day will be rounded off with a range of sets from pop stalwarts, including Zara Larsson, Renee Rapp, and CMAT.
Friday, July 10th, will see headline slots from Twenty One Pilots, Kings of Leon, Halsey, and rock legends Pixies, who will be in the midst of their 40th anniversary celebrations by the time that Mad Cool rolls around. Other acts performing on the day include the likes of Interpol, Sigrid, and Holly Humberstone.
Lastly, the final day of Saturday, July 11th, will truly go out with a bang, as the headliner line-up consists of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds, Pulp, The Black Crowes, and David Byrne. All of these have been tearing up stages all over the world of late, with Cave in particular also planning a further slew of European dates over the summer.
Organisers of Mad Cool festival have promised that the event will take on a more “intimate and exclusive” feel than previous years, in order to “prioritise fan comfort”. It will once again take place at Iberdrola Music in Villaverde, Madrid, where it has run for the past two years.
Tickets for Mad Cool will go on general sale from November 17th, 2025.
