Mac DeMarco announces new UK and Europe tour in 2026
Mac DeMarco has confirmed more dates in the UK and Europe for 2026.
The announcement from the Canadian singer-songwriter comes in the middle of his current European tour, which kicked off last week at the Paridiso in Amsterdam.
DeMarco, who released his long-awaited new album Guitar in August, will perform at the Eventim Apollo in London next month, as well as dates in Manchester, Cambridge, Birmingham, Brighton, Bristol and Dublin.
For those who, unfortunately, missed out on tickets for the shows across the UK, Ireland and Europe on this current run, then there is no need to worry as DeMarco will return in 2026. The set of dates will begin with a three-date residency at London’s O2 Academy Brixton next June.
He will also perform at Best Kept Secret in the Netherlands, as well as headline dates in Germany, the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Italy and Turkey across subsequent weeks.
After a two-month break in the tour, DeMarco will return to Europe at the end of August to perform in Dublin, Belfast, Glasgow, Antwerp, Nantes, Bordeaux, Marseille, and Lisbon.
DeMarco will also be embarking on an extensive tour of his native Canada later this year, before returning to the road in 2026 for tours of Japan, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and the United States.
Upon announcing Guitar earlier this year, DeMarco said of his latest project, “I think Guitar is as close to a true representation of where I’m at in my life today as I can manage to put to paper. I’m happy to share this music, and look forward to playing these songs as many places as I’m able.”
