Mac DeMarco has announced plans to play two solo shows in Europe as he ramps up excitement around his forthcoming third album This Old Dog.
Heading to Berlin later this month, DeMarco added a date at Marie Antoinette which has been scheduled for Friday February 24th.
The second show will come in March when he arrives in London for a show at Nambucca on Wednesday March 1st.
However, the shows were announced with an exclusive pre-sale for fan club members only and both sold out within seconds. Disappointed fans will forced to wait until the summer when DeMarco headlines this year’s End Of The Road Festival which takes place in Larmer Tree Gardens from 31st August to 3rd September 2017.
The 26-year old, formally know by MacBriare Samuel Lanyon DeMarco, will release his third album and first full-length since 2014’s Salad Days, on May 5th 2017 worldwide via his label Captured Tracks.
DeMarco recently shared its two lead singles – ‘My Old Man’ and “This Old Dog’. They are the album’s openers and right off the bat, they show a new sonic direction and a glimpse into the very personal nature of this record.
