Lucky Number records to celebrate 10th birthday with Darwin Deez & more

Lucky Number records has announced that it will mark the tenth anniversary of its inception with a very special show at London’s Village Underground.

On Thursday July 23rd, the label – one of Far Out’s favourite independents – will welcome New York indie outfit Darwin Deez to headline the venue.

What’s more, Lucky Number has also confirmed that there will be a very special guest performing on the night. However, fans will be getting little notice with the label vowing to keep it under wraps until the big night.

Support at the gig will be provided by one its latest signings, Oscar, who brings a blend of “irresistible pop songs” and “rich baritone”.

We could spend quite a while speculating about the unannounced performers at this one, but with Lucky Number roster having included Sebastien Tellier, Friends, Sleigh Bells, FTSE and Hinds among many more over the last decade, the possibilities are pretty much endless.

Tickets went on sale at 9am this morning and are priced at £12 so get in there quick to avoid disappointment.
