Hull-bred punk band LIFE have got us all hot under the collar with a rip-roaring track ‘Rare Boots’ is built on the foundations of punk, with a touch of rock and roll and even a nod of the hat to pop. It all adds up to one hell of a release.

Fronted by a brotherly duo the tangle of vocals and personalities gives ‘Rare Boots’ a charming but perhaps frightening personality. The duality of the track is felt most with the juxtaposition of fuzzed riffs and the raucous backdrop added to choruses to make the masses sing and cheer. It’s an odd combination but completely enthralling.

The band have a few live dates ahead. Catch them to see that they’re the real deal!
