Liam Gallagher has been embroiled in a tabloid saga over the last few days. With The Sun newspaper accusing the former Oasis singer of grabbing his girlfriend Debbie Gwyther by the throat – something the singer vehemently denied.
Firstly I have never put my hands on any woman in a vicious manner Secondly there is only 1 witch and we all know who that is as you were LG x

Having denied the assault took place in a trendy London nightclub the tabloid newspaper, as famed for its ‘perspective’ on debatable stories as it was its shameless use of topless women, then released a video which seemingly showed the singer ‘grab’ Gwyther by the throat.
Neither of the pair had made statements to refute this new evidence until now, as Debbie Gwyther has released a short statement suggesting the two were “drunkenly messing around” and that Liam is, in fact, the victim of a tabloid witch hunt.
Her full statement read: “We were drunkenly messing around and it’s been made into something it wasn’t. It feels like they’re on a witch hunt to dirty Liam’s name. Our relationship is stronger than ever. Liam’s never laid a hand on me.
She later branded claims that her partner would hurt her or had been violent as “ridiculous”.
