Liam Gallagher today took to Twitter to share his thoughts on a new film. The flick wasn’t a Hollywood Blockbuster but his upcoming documentary on Liam’s favourite subject: Liam Gallagher. The film aptly titled As It Was will be released later this year and got a glowing review.

According to a press release, the film will show the “emotional story of how one of the greatest rock frontmen went from the dizzying heights of his champagne supernova years in Oasis to living on the edge ostracised lost in the musical wilderness of boredom, booze and bitter legal battles”.

The film will also allow the audience to “see Liam emerging from Noel’s shadow, managing the expectation going from being in the biggest band in the world to starting again alone, stripped bare, with no-where to hide”.

LG took to his favourite medium, Twitter, to share a glowing review after seeing the film before it’s release later in the year. “Just seen the film As It Was and it’s mega,” wrote Liam

To be very honest, we weren’t expecting anything else from Liam but we’re still very excited to catch up with the film as soon as possible.
