Kanye West accused of sexual harassment in new lawsuit
In a new lawsuit, former assistant Lauren Pisciotta has accused Kanye West of sexual harassment, breach of contract, and wrongful termination.
Piscotta had worked in the music industry for 15 years and made significant strides after working with West on three songs from Donda. She also worked on some clothing lines for his Yeezy clothing brand.
In 2021, the year West released Donda, he asked her to become his “Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant” on an annual salary of $1 million. She duly agreed to the terms, which stated that she had to be available “24-7”.
According to a new report obtained by Rolling Stone, Pisciotta claims that she was already making $1 million per annum through her OnlyFans account and social media endeavours. West initially had no issues with her OnlyFans dealings. However, he later allegedly asked her to be “God-like” and delete her account in exchange for $1 million. After this, West began to make advances via text message.
In one of the text messages, the rapper allegedly wrote, “See my problem is I be wanting to fuck but then after I fuck I want a girl to tell me how hard they been fucked while I’m fucking them.” Adding, “Then I want her to cheat on me.”
Pisciotta also alleged that West often “fixated on the penis size” of her past lovers. “Is my dick racist?” she claims he wrote in another explicit message. “I’m going to stare at pictures of white women with black asses and beat the shit out of my racist dick.” West also allegedly sent Piscotta pornographic videos and images featuring himself and an unnamed model.
In perhaps the most concerning part of the report, West allegedly trapped Piscotta in his private room during a flight to Paris with several other Yeezy employees. He then reportedly got her to sit opposite him while he lay down and masturbated under the covers. Eventually, he fell asleep, and Piscotta left the room.
Alongside the sexual harassment claim, Piscotta is suing the ‘Stronger’ rapper for breach of contract. According to the suit, she was promoted to Chief of Staff for West’s various business endeavours and informed that she would receive a $3 million bonus. However, a month later, Piscotta claims that she was sacked and offered $3 million in severance, which she apparently still hasn’t received.
West is yet to comment on the allegations.
This is a developing story.
