John Lennon’s son to co-produce Fat White Family’s new album
We’re not quite sure what John Lennon would make of the shameless antics of South London shock-rockers Fat White Family, but one thing’s for sure his son Sean has seen past the vulgar debauchery.
So much so that he is currently shacked up with the band in up-state New York, helping them record their new album at Yoko Ono’s mansion, using old Beatles equipment.
Lennon Jr. agreed to co-produce the record despite Fat White bassist Joe Pancucci persistently trying to chat up his missus backstage at SXSW festival last year.
Lennon described the band as ‘chaotic and out of control’, comparing their ‘extreme personalities’ and creative nature to that of the Wu Tang Clan.
