Glastonbury begin accepting applications to work at next year's festival

Glastonbury Festival have announced that the applications to work at next year’s 50th-anniversary festival are now open.

The 2020 event is likely to be one of the biggest the festival has ever seen with some huge headliners and the added bonus of it being the Festival’s 50th birthday. As such, organisers are looking for people to help out on the crew and catering teams.

The official Glastonbury Twitter account got proceedings started as it tweeted: “Fancy working at Glastonbury 2020? Applications are no open for full-time paid work for chefs and kitchen assistants in the crew catering team.”

The job listing is very clear that this isn’t a free ride, “this is hard work, rather than just an easy way into the festival.”

Applicants will need to be available between the 29th of May and the 14th of July 2020. Applicants must be aged 18 years or over. Find out more here.
