Fourth woman makes allegations against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs
A fourth woman has made sexual assault allegations against rapper Sean ‘Diddy‘ Combs, alleging him of taking part in a “gang rape” of her when she was aged 17.
The lawsuit, which was filed on December 6th, accuses Combs, Harve Pierre, and a third unidentified man of committing the attack in 2003. The girl, who has been given the pseudonym Jane Doe, is alleged to have been trafficked across state lines to his recording studio in Manhattan, where they claim she was given “copious amounts of drugs and alcohol”.
Pierre is alleged to have met Doe in Detroit and told her he was “best friends” with Combs. She was then invited to come with him to New York on a private jet. Doe claims to have been “convinced” to take the trip and alleges that Pierre smoked crack cocaine in the airport lounge before “forc[ing] Ms. Doe’s head down to perform oral sex on him”.
The filing claims they were picked up by an SUV at Teterboro Airport in New Jersey, and headed to Diddy’s studio. Rolling Stone stated they have seen photos taken that evening at Daddy’s House Recording Studio, including an image of the 17-year-old on Diddy’s lap.
It’s alleged that Diddy took Doe to the bathroom and penetrated her from behind with his penis after removing her clothing.
The lawsuit alleges: “Ms. Doe did not consent to having sex with Mr. Combs, but he continued thrusting. At some point, Mr. Combs turned Ms. Doe around to face him. He told her that he could not orgasm and asked her to squeeze his nipples as hard as she could to help him ‘get off.’ He then turned her back around and continued to rape her.”
Furthermore, in the 14-page document, Doe claims she looked in the mirror and noticed the unidentified man was penetrating her after replacing Combs. He then allegedly ignored her requests to stop before swapping with Pierre, who participated in “nonconsensual vaginal sex” and ended by “violently forcing her to give him oral sex.”
Following the alleged incident, Doe says she “fell into the fetal position and lay on the floor” and her vagina was in “pain”. After she “regained her bearings”, Doe was taken back to Detroit, but has “very limited recollection” of the flight home.
Combs has now released a fresh statement on December 6th denying any wrongdoing. He wrote: “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.”
The rapper continued: “Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth.”
R&B singer Cassie, who was in a relationship with Combs for over a decade, was the first to make allegations against the rapper. Combs refuted the claims before agreeing on a settlement with Cassie.
A second lawsuit was filed shortly after, which accused Combs of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman in 1991. The rapper was also alleged to have filmed the event and showed the video to others. A representative for Combs labelled the claim as “made up and not credible”.
Additionally, on November 24th, a third lawsuit was filed against Combs by another woman. She accused him and musician Aaron Hall of raping her and a friend in 1990 and 1991. The case also alleges Combs was later violent against her friend a few days after the alleged rape. He also denied this claim.
