Four Tet announces new album ‘Sixteen Oceans’

Four Tet has announced his newest album, Sixteen Oceans, on social media by sharing a rough release date and tracklisting.

The producer took to Instagram to share a quick message with fans, posting a photo of a sticky note roughly outlining the tracklisting of the new record with the caption: “The new album is done.”

The album follows his last LP, 2017’s New Energy, a pair of live LPs, and the three-track record Anna Painting.

While there haven’t been any new full-length albums since 2017 that hasn’t stopped the producer from keeping busy with a host of live dates and festival appearances – our favourite of which was at the Manchester WHP last year.

Four Tet’s Sixteen Oceans arrives in March 2020.
