The ‘Euphoria’ soundtrack is being released on vinyl

The official soundtrack for Euphoria, the hit American teen drama television series which premiered on HBO and Sky, is getting a special vinyl release.

The show, created by Sam Levinson and based on the Israeli miniseries of the same name, follows a group of school students through their experiences of sex, drugs, friendships and love through the lead character Rue Bennett.

Given some heavy backing, Canadian rapper and singer Drake acted as a producer in its creation, the Euphoria production team were able to recruit British musician Labrinth to create the score and soundtrack. Now, that soundtrack will be released both digital and on vinyl

“My experience with Euphoria has made me a better musician,” Labrinth said in a statement. “It was a dream come true to give wings and add magic to the different storylines.

“It was a collaborative effort among Sam Levinson, the crew and the cast – I only added texture to an already phenomenal show. I hope that anyone who listens to the music embraces feeling something.”
