Emily Eavis announces who won’t be headlining Glastonbury Festival 2019

Glastonbury Festival is expecting to make next year’s festival their biggest ever. But to do that she will need to get herself a good headliner. It appears she has given some clues as to who that might, or rather might not, be.

With tickets selling out in just 30 minutes last week, the 2019 edition looks like it could exceed all expectations but with a host of names being lined up for a possible headline slot people are getting impatient.

But now we have our first taste of who might fill that headline slot. Eavis hasn’t gone as far as to tell us who will be the headliner but she’s ruled out three of the front-runners. She confirmed that Madonna, Fleetwood Mac and Led Zeppelin will not perform at 2019’s Glastonbury.

But with Arctic Monkeys, The Cure, ABBA, Bruce Springsteen, Lana Del Rey, Taylor Swift and Paul McCartney all still in the mix, it might be a while before we know for sure who will take their act to that famous stage.
