Eagles confirm dates for their final 2026 shows at the Sphere
Eagles have announced details of their final four shows at The Sphere in 2026.
Their record-breaking run of dates at the Las Vegas venue began on September 30th, 2024, and has been extended on multiple occasions due to demand, which will now see them perform until March 2026.
The final four shows at The Sphere will take place on March 20th, March 21st, March 27th, and March 28th.
In a statement, the band shared, “Final 2026 shows – Friday, March 20; Saturday, March 21; Friday, March 27; and Saturday, March 28 – have been added to Eagles – Live in Concert at Sphere, the longest-running residency at the revolutionary venue with 56 shows in total.”
They continued, “To date, the residency has attracted more than 700k fans across 44 sold-out shows since it began in September 2024.”
The residency at the Sphere is part of their The Long Goodbye farewell tour, which they first started in 2023. At the time, they said of their decision to retire: “The Eagles have had a miraculous 52-year odyssey, performing for people all over the globe; keeping the music alive in the face of tragic losses, upheavals and setbacks of many kinds.”
They also reflected on their career to date, continuing: “Credit and thanks go to our longtime management team, our dedicated road crew, and our exceptional backup musicians for providing skilled and steadfast support, throughout these many years. We know how fortunate we are, and we are truly grateful. Our long run has lasted far longer than any of us ever dreamed. But, everything has its time, and the time has come for us to close the circle.”
Meanwhile, it was recently revealed that the band’s Vince Gill, who joined Eagles in 2017 following the death of founding member Glenn Frey, would be honoured with the ‘Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award’ at the Country Music Association Awards on November 19th in Nashville.
