Beyoncé lowers prices for tour with thousands of tickets available for first show

Beyoncé’s 2025 Cowboy Courter is set to kick off later this month with thousands of seats left empty; in a last-minute bid to fill these seats, prices have been tanking online.

The official Ticketmaster site shows that the tour’s opening night of April 28th in Los Angeles still has over 3,200 unsold seats. Standard tickets are available from $85. Meanwhile, resale tickets are available on the site for just $35.

Sales have been worse for the tail end of the American run. For the final two nights in the West Coast city, over 3,800 standard tickets are still available for each show. Nearly 6,000 are available for an Atlanta show on July 14th, including 50 per cent of floor seats.

Tickets moved at a better rate in the UK, though nothing in comparison to the success of her Renaissance World Tour. Beyoncé is set to perform six consecutive shows at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London, which appears almost sold out. Tickets are currently still available for her first night in London on June 5th, though only at the premium seat minimum of £546 before fees.

The hold-back is likely to be due to pricing, not demand. When her Cowboy Carter Tour first went on sale in February, demand was so extreme that the Ticketmaster website crashed. The announcement came shortly after she was awarded ‘Album of the Year’ at the Grammys.

Beyoncé isn’t the first artist to struggle to fill big venues. Recently, Linkin Park announced that they were downsizing their scheduled Dodgers Stadium show in Los Angeles to an indoor arena with a smaller capacity.

Similarly to Beyoncé, Linkin Park haven’t struggled to sell tickets in the UK and will perform a sold-out date at Wembley Stadium this summer.
