Beirut share new track ‘Corfu’ from their upcoming new album ‘Gallipoli’

After hearing the announcement from Beirut that works had started on a new album titled Gallipoli, we all got very excited. Least of all because of the abundance of textural musicianship we’ll likely receive and most of all because of the whirlwind geography lesson it will provide.

Zachary Condo and co have already shared the album’s title track ‘Gallipoli’ and now they have followed that up with a charming, bright and sun-drenched new instrumental song ‘Corfu’. The new LP scheduled for release via 4AD in February 2019 is looking good already.

The track is a slight swing away from the album’s eponymous song but does still ring true with Beirut’s casual and cultured style.

The geography lesson doesn’t end there either as the band are due out on a worldwide tour and take in a lot of the globe on their travels. Get your tour dates below the new tunes from Beirut.
