AC/DC kick off North American ‘Power Up’ tour: Here’s the setlist in full
AC/DC have kicked off the North American leg of their Power Up tour in North Carolina; here’s everything they played on the night in question.
This leg could spell the end for the Power Up tour, which has been running since 2024, as the band said in previous promotional material that this tour leg would see them “powering up for the last time”.
If that’s the case, the rock band knew exactly how to kick their 21-song set off, barreling through ‘If You Want Blood (You’ve Got It)’ and ‘Back in Black’ at the very beginning of the set.
From there, they soared through a range of classics like ‘Demon Fire’, ‘Shot Down in Flames’, ‘Thunderstruck’, and ‘Have a Drink on Me’.
Later, they headed towards a short encore with tracks like ‘High Voltage’, ‘Riff Raff’, ‘You Shook Me All Night Long’, ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’ and ‘Let There Be Rock’.
After thunderous fan applause, the icons returned to the stage for two more songs, playing ‘T.N.T.’ and ‘For Those About to Rock (We Salute You)’.
The tour will take them to Columbus, Madison, San Antonio, and Denver for the rest of July, before heading to the likes of Las Vegas, San Francisco, Edmonton, Vancouver, Atlanta, and Houston in August.
AC/DC are also set to play right on through September, before concluding the leg in Philadelphia at Lincoln Financial Field on September 29th.
The Power Up tour takes its name from AC/DC’s most recent album, released back in 2020, which marked their first musical effort since the death of Malcolm Young in 2017.
