Rivers Cuomo played a solo acoustic set at The Hi Hat in Los Angeles this past Saturday. The performance lasted almost two hours and included a whole heap of Weezer songs plus a few classic covers, and thanks to one industrious bootlegger, you can watch it all.

So we don’t condone bootlegging, obviously, but we do condone our favourite artoists covering some of the legends that went before them. The case is made perfectly by Rivers Cuomo who covered some huge 90’s hits in his recent show. Starting off with R.E.M’s classic ‘Losing My Religion’ he eventually finished the mammoth set with Pixies undeniably anthemic ‘Where Is My Mind’.

The bookeneded performance was chok-full of Weezer classics as well as a nod to the brothers Gallagher and their Oasis smash ‘Champagne Supernova’ and another MTV staple, Smashing Pumpkins’ ‘Today’.

Take a look below at the whole set. Naugthy bootlegger/good bootlegger.
