Watch Larry Clark’s classic cult film ‘Kids’ online free through Supreme

American skateboarding shop and clothing brand Supreme has been granted the rights to stream Larry Clark’s brilliant cult film ‘Kids’ online free.

The film, which stars the likes of Leo Fitzpatrick, Justin Pierce, Chloë Sevigny, and Rosario Dawson in their cinematic debut, was famously written by Harmony Korine.

Depicting one day in the life of young people living in New York City, hedonistic behaviour toward strong sex and drug content caused major controversy upon its release in 1995.

“Amoral teen Telly (Leo Fitzpatrick) has made it his goal to sleep with as many virgin girls as possible—but he doesn’t tell them that he’s HIV positive,” the official film synopsis reads. “While on the hunt for his latest conquest, Telly and his best friend, Casper (Justin Pierce), smoke pot and steal from shops around New York. Meanwhile, Jenny (Chloë Sevigny), one of Telly’s early victims, makes it her mission to save other girls from him. But before she has a chance to confront him at a party, everything goes horribly wrong.”

Speaking about the film upon its release, director Clark said: “I wanted to present the way kids see things, but without all this baggage, this morality that these old middle-aged Hollywood guys bring to it.”

He added: “Kids don’t think that way…they’re living in the moment not thinking about anything beyond that and that’s what I wanted to catch.”
