Tyler, The Creator postpones Camp Flog Gnaw due to extreme weather
Tyler, The Creator has been forced to delay the 11th edition of his carnival, Camp Flog Gnaw, due to severe weather.
The event was set to take place Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium on November 15th and 16th.
The line-up was jam-packed with fellow hip-hop musicians and rappers, such as Doechii, Childish Gambino, Clipse, Earl Sweatshirt, Thundercat, 2 Chainz, A$AP Rocky, and many more.
However, the carnival has now been pushed back an entire weekend. The new date will be the weekend of November 22nd and 23rd.
Tyler broke the news via Instagram, where he wrote, “Due to the fact this storm became an atmospheric rain torrential downpour we had 2 choices.”
He continued, “Cancel or move to next weekend. We chose the latter. We understand this is not ideal so we will offer refunds. For everyone else we will see you next weekend.”
Fans who can no longer attend the event have been given until November 18th to request a refund.
Unfortunately, it appears the new date no longer works for every single musician on the line-up. For example, a handful of musicians slated for the original date no longer appear on the new line-up.
This includes the likes of Sombr, Clairo, Tems, Men I Trust, The Alchemist and Don Toliver.
It was recently announced that the Grammy-winner is also slated to headline All Points East in Victoria Park on August 28th and August 29th, 2026, following a different curated line-up on each of the days.
In addition to his music career, Tyler has recently stepped into the film industry for the first time. He is set to appear in Josh Safdie’s upcoming movie Marty Supreme, also starring Timothée Chalamet and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Earlier this month, the rapper was nominated for six Grammy Awards, including ‘Album of the Year’ for Chromakopia, ‘Best Rap Album’, ‘Best Rap Song’, ‘Best Rap Performance’ and ‘Best Album Cover’.
