Turnstile confirm US tour with huge special guests
As if their new 14-song visual album, Never Enough, wasn’t enough, hardcore outfit Turnstile announced a huge US tour alongside an impressive host of support acts.
The outing will feature rotating support from Australian rockers Amyl and The Sniffers, Blood Orange, and Mannequin Pussy, along with Speed and Jane Remover on all dates.
The tour, named after their new album Never Enough, kicks off September 15th in Nashville. It runs through October 19th in Orlando, Florida. Along the way, the odyssey will make stops in Philadelphia, Boston, Chicago, Minneapolis, Denver, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Houston, among other cities.
Far Out gave their new album, Never Enough, three-and-a-half stars, writing: “On Never Enough, the heavy riffs are laden with suncream as it bathes in the glistening sun to provide an innovative take on hardcore punk.”
The review continued: “Like any time spent in the sun, moderation is key and while Turnstile overstay their welcome in the closing stages of the album, for the most part, they’ve found a sweet spot for their unrelenting brand of music to flourish.”
Before heading to the US, Turnstile have many more dates to play in Europe, including a headline set at Outbreak Festival in London on June 13th, as well as a Glastonbury set on The Other Stage on June 28th.
