Thom Yorke to perform at 360° Audiovisual Exhibition
Thom Yorke, Radiohead’s frontman, will take part in whats is being described as an “immersive 360° audiovisual exhibition.” The event will take place at Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin as is called the Hexadome ISM.
The event promises to showcase a whole breadth of talent, including long-time collaborator and audio-visual artist Tarik Barri. The exhibition will start on March 29 and run through to April 22, with Yorke and Barri’s contribution beginning on April 6.
Barri explains, “With [Thom Yorke] I’ll be creating an AV composition in 3D, with him singing in my virtual ‘Versum’ universe. This will be presented in AV surround in the Hexadome.”
Other contributors include Brian Eno, Holly Herndon and Matthew Dryhurst, and Ben UFO.
