The Garden go 100mph with ‘Call This # Now’

The West Coast duo have long been on our radar following their first full-length Haha which showed the band at their incredibly creative best. ‘Call This # Now’ enhances this claim with a mish-mash of styles so maniacally put together it would scare the Jesus out of a nun.

The track is comprised of a mile a minute punk with the added touches of electro and nuance pop. The combination of which is a little frightening but entirely awe-inspiring.

What inspired the track  “feelings of trickery and aggression,” say the band. “The song came about in the midst of a personal battle of sorts that we were dealing with in our personal lives. The lyrics are based off of false accusations, misjudgment and an overall distrust and disgust with how things were going. ‘Call This # Now!’ is sleazy and masked. Just like life can be.”
