Tame Impala release teaser clip of new music

Tame Impala share brand new video for single 'Let It Happen'

Following the release of their recent full length record Currents, Tame Impala have shared the video for bold opening stanza and album highlight ‘Let It Happen’.

Teaming up with English director David Wilson for a second time, this video is a surrealist take on the transient, overworked existence of a modern day businessman. A species buckling under the strain of red eye flights, dwindling profit margins, listless hotel accommodations and soulless departure lounges, for ‘Let It Happen’ Wilson paints a picture of one man’s pressures reaching boiling point in his inimitable, dreamlike fashion.

The band begin their European tour on Thursday, reaching Ireland and the UK in September. For now though, it’s ‘Let It Happen’:

Sep 04 – End of the Road Festival, Larmer Tree Gardens, United Kingdom
Sep 06 – Electric Picnic Dublin, Ireland
Sep 08 – Barrowlands, Glasgow, United Kingdom
Sep 09 – Liverpool Olympia, Liverpool, United Kingdom
Sep 11 – Bestival, Isle of Wight, United Kingdom
