John Fogerty is an American musician, singer, songwriter and guitarist best known as the lead singer, lead guitarist and principal songwriter of Creedence Clearwater Revival. Songs such as ‘Proud Mary’, ‘Bad Moon Rising’, ‘Fortunate Son’ and ‘Have You Ever Seen the Rain’ established Creedence Clearwater Revival as one of the most influential bands of the era. Following the group’s split, Fogerty enjoyed a successful solo career with albums including ‘Centerfield’.
