Stealth MVP.
The Coen Brothers (Joel and Ethan) are American Filmmakers known for their dark and subversive film plots. The Brothers debuted with their first film ‘Blood Simple’ in 1984 after which they collaborated for three decades producing masterpieces like ‘Fargo’ (1996), ‘The Big Lebowski’ (1998) and ‘No country for Old Men’ (2007).
Their film ‘Fargo’ has also been the inspiration for the American black comedy crime drama with the same name.
Despite their success, the Brothers have chosen to take a temporary hiatus to produce independent works for now with their last collaboration being ‘ The Ballad of Buster Scruggs’ in 2018.
Their works are framed as cult classics in the Neo-noir genre even today.
