Brian May, the legendary guitarist from Queen. He began his career in a band called ‘1984’ back in 1963, before co-founded the iconic band with Freddie Mercury ‘Queen’ in 1971.
May’s career in music is widely considered to be one of the most impactful in music history. His assistance in creating songs like ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and ‘We Will Rock You’, has earnt May a space amongst the greats in British music history.
Not only was his career in Queen prolific, but his personal work has been one of great influence. May’s released multiple of his own albums and singles as well as creating music for film soundtracks.
Despite mostly being known for his impact in music, he also had great success in his astrophysics career, even assisting NASA as a science team member.
