Sundara Karma release video for brand new track ‘Explore’

Recently indie-pop princes Sundara Karma, announced that they would be releasing an expanded edition of their brilliant debut LP Youth Is Only Fun In Retrospect which would feature some new songs. One of those new tracks is ‘Explore’ and now we have a video to go alongside it.

Director Dan Brereton said of the promo: “Oscar mentioned wanting to do something based around a funeral, and I thought about how I could do it in a personal way, by having people and the band do things that are not expected of the occasion. I liked the idea of a funeral where people kiss, act nonplussed, bring their lizard and take selfies. We shot it in a great overgrown cemetery in the middle of London, with delusions of pere lachaise, and inspirations like Harold and Maude and Gates of Heaven”.

Based around the concept of basically the funkiest funeral in town, this track is begging to be played loud and proud.
