Steven Spielberg’s daughter Mikaela launches porn career as ‘Sugar Star’

Steven Spielberg’s daughter, Mikaela Spielberg, has launched her porn career in the world of adult entertainment.

Mikaela, who has also opened up about being the victim of abuse and grooming, confirmed plans to work as a porn producer as well as an officially licensed sex worker under the moniker of ‘Sugar Star’.

“This isn’t like an ‘end of the road’ or ‘I’ve hit bottom’ choice. This is a positive, empowering choice,” she said in a new interview with The Sun. “I realised there is no shame in having a fascination with this industry and wanting to do something that is safe, sane, and consensual.”

Mikaela, who was adopted as a by Spielberg as a baby, then explained: “I suffered a lot of grooming,” Mikaela, now 23, said in the interview before clarifying that the abuse came “from outside my family and not from anybody of notable presence— just from scumbag monsters who were looking at my vulnerability and going: ‘That’s the one’.”

She added: “I feel like the abuse I went through wasn’t super intense, but it still had a long-lasting impact, because it had me questioning ‘What is my body? What is it to have a body and exist in a body safely? Also, what is it to be an emotional human being and not have it taken advantage of?'”

Explaining her decision to forge a career in the adult entertainment industry, Mikaela said that her parents were “intrigued but not upset” by the move. “My safety has always been a number one priority for them,” Mikaela added. “I actually think that once they see how far I’ve come from the bottom I was at a year and a half ago, they’re going to look at this and go, ‘Wow, we actually raised are really self-assured, young lady.”

With the support of her fiancé Chuck Pankow, Mikaela began uploading videos to PornHub but has since removed them until she is officially approved her Tennessee sex worker license. Mikaela has also confirmed her decision to continue strictly doing solo work out of respect for her partner.

She added: “We still have this idea of what women can and cannot be—that this is such a de-legitimised form of work even though it’s legal to be an adult actor and make and write erotica privately.

“I feel like [by] doing this kind of work I’m able to ‘satisfy’ other people, but that feels good because it’s not in a way that makes me feel violated.”
