Ryan Murphy’s ‘All’s Fair’ starring Kim Kardashian scores zero per cent on Rotten Tomatoes
Ryan Murphy’s new television series, All’s Fair, has scored zero per cent on Rotten Tomatoes.
The legal drama, which arrived on Disney+ Hulu on November 4th, features an all-star cast led by Kim Kardashian, Naomi Watts, Glenn Close, Niecy Nash-Betts, Teyana Taylor, Matthew Noscka, and Sarah Paulson.
The official synopsis reads: “A team of female divorce attorneys leave a male-dominated firm to open their own powerhouse practice. Fierce, brilliant, and emotionally complicated, they navigate high-stakes breakups, scandalous secrets, and shifting allegiances—both in the courtroom and within their own ranks.”
It continues: “In a world where money talks and love is a battleground, these women don’t just play the game—they change it.”
Notably, Murphy is the creator behind hit series such as Monster, Nip/Tuck, Glee and American Horror Story, but All’s Fair‘s Rotten Tomatoes score suggests it won’t follow the same success as his previous shows.
The zero per cent score on Rotten Tomatoes puts All’s Fair in an unwanted list of programmes in this club alongside the 2011 Charlie’s Angels series, Dads and My Big Fat Greek Life.
Additionally, on IMDB, All’s Fair has been received better than on Rotten Tomatoes; however, as of writing, it is only scored at 3.4 out of 10.
In a recent interview with the BBC, Kardashian, who previously worked with Murphy on American Horror Story, opened up about the pressure she felt about taking on the role due to the creators “taking a chance on working with me”. She added, “The last thing I would want to do is be unprofessional, be late or not know my lines.”
Meanwhile, Watts said of Murphy: “He’s wonderful at creating stories for women of a certain age and for me that’s where I am at in my life.”
