Reading and Leeds Festival have announced Foo Fighters, The 1975, Post Malone and Twenty One Pilots as the headliners for their 2019 event.
In a time when the UK’s major festivals defiantly battle to keep their traditional locations, Reading and Leed have again managed to secure their now iconic venues of Richfield Avenue and Bramham Park ahead of the event which will take place on August 23-25, 2019.
Greg James revealed the headliners during his BBC Radio 1 show, confirming that The 1975 will headline Reading on the Friday and Leeds on the Saturday. Foo Fighters have the honour of closing Reading on Sunday and opening the event at Leeds on Friday.
Elsewhere, the likes of Pale Waves, Blossoms, Bastille, Sundara Karma, The Distillers, Yungblud and Bowling For Soup have been revealed.
