Radiohead’s Ed O’Brien announces first shows of new solo project EOB
Following the news of his upcoming solo album, Ed O’Brien has now shared his first tour dates under his new moniker of EOB.
October’s debut single ‘Santa Teresa’ was followed by ‘Brasil’ on December 5th and now some first live dates are on their way, Though sadly for fans, at the moment, the tour is just four dates in North America.
But we can relax as previously stated when talking about the upcoming album’s extensive collaborators, O’Brien said, “I’m going to tour this record properly, so we’ll be out there in 2020 and hope to see you at some of the shows,” O’Brien said. “This feels like the start of something new and truly significant for me… it has felt like a calling… I have to do this… so I hope you really like it.”
O’Brien’s run of dates starts in February 2020 with our hopes that the album may already be with us by then. With a collaborator list that includes Laura Marling and Portishead, we cannot wait for it to arrive.
