PINS unveil teaser for second album

Manchester-based quartete PINS have unveiled a teaser video for the follow-up to their critically acclaimed debut Girls Like Us.

The band burst onto the scene in 2013 with a record that oozed angsty punk rock, complimented with some infectious hooks that were just too good to say no to.

If the teaser is anything to go by, this time around we might be in for a record that is a little more psychedelic, leaning further towards a meandering guitar sound.

The location might have had something to do with it, given that the band travelled to Joshua Tree at Rancho De La Lunato record under the picturesque setting of the desert sky with producer Dave Catching, according to guitarist Faith Holgate.

Who knows? We could well be reading into this tiny snippet of what the girls predict should be arriving with us this summer. One thing is for sure, however, it’s got us excited.

Check out the teaser video below and if you haven’t already, check out Girls Like Us on Bella Union.
