Here’s the full list of 2020 Oscar nominations
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences today announced shortlists in consideration for the 92nd Oscars Awards ceremony.
In what must have been a supremely challenging task, the Academy managed to narrow down the 344 feature films eligible for the coveted ‘Best Picture’ category to the chosen few. Of those, the likes of Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, Bong Joon-ho’s South Korean film Parasite and more take the lead.
Elsewhere, all other categories for the covered event have been unveiled, included Best Actor and Actress, Best Director, Original Score, Cinematography and more.
Surprisingly, Uncut Gems starring Adam Sandler has missed out altogether. The critically acclaimed film directed by the Safdie Brothers has failed to earn a single nomination despite its widely celebration reaction upon release.
