Mike Tyson to host a cannabis-themed music festival
In the never-ending story that is Mike Tyson and all that goes with him, the former heavyweight world champion boxer has revealed his plans to host a cannabis-themed music festival.
Kind Music Festival, set to take place in California on February 23rd, 2019, will be a pop up event for all ages in celebration of the state’s updated cannabis laws and regulations.
The festival will have “the distinction of being the first-ever all-ages music festival that embraces California’s updated cannabis regulations and offering alcoholic consumption to those 21+,” a press release states, “However, in accordance with the 2019 laws, there will be no sales of cannabis products at the festival.”
The line-up will be revealed on January 2nd and will be hosted at Tyson’s Ranch Resort in the Desert Hot Springs.
With a location of 420 acres set aside, Tyson’s resort comes with a specially curated “Chillville” with 100 top of the range bean bags. If this is all getting a bit to bizarre, Tyson will luxury glamping available for guest along with aa cannabis research and design facility, with food trucks and more entertainemnt in the shape of inflatable rides, obstacle courses and mazes.
