Metalcore band play impromptu gig inside Wendy’s fast food restaurant
Metalcore bands Capital Vices and Makena swung by iconic American fast food joint Wendy’s for an impromptu set inside the restaurant.
Wendy’s once rivalling Burger King and McDonald’s as one of the world’s biggest fast food chains, is now taking things in a different direction and Knoxville, Tennessee, is leading the charge.
“We stopped to use the restroom and just jokingly asked if we could play,” Capital Vices told Alt Press. “And the manager let us because it was her birthday and she wanted us to do it as a birthday present.”
Without a mic available, the lead singer decides to sing directly into his selfie in what might be conceived as the least metal thing i’ve ever seen. But hey, he looks like he’s having fun.
