Manchester’s Parklife festival bans potato peelers because of Liam Gallagher
The battle between Liam and Noel Gallagher has reached a superb crescendo when Parklife were forced to ban Potato peelers from their event.
In November last year, continuing his longstanding dispute with estranged brother Noel, took the perfect opportunity to mock his former Oasis bandmate during a recent show in London. Liam, who repeatedly refers to Noel as ‘Potato’, has been having a bit of fun of late after Noel introduced a scissor player to his band for a performance on Later with Jools Holland.
So, obviously, Liam put out the following call to arms to his fans..

Then went the question was put to Parklife founder Sacha Lord-Marchionne about the possibility of potato peelers being accepted the event, he told the Manchester Evening News: “We’ve been so blown away by this week’s launch and the demand for tickets, but even more blown away at how many people have asked to bring in potato peelers for Liam’s main stage performance! In case you’re wondering – the answer is most definitely no!”
