Liam Gallagher plays Oasis song ‘D’Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman?’ for the first time in 22 years

Liam Gallagher played Oasis track ‘D’Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman?’ for the first time 22 years during his show at London’s Finsbury Park.

Having put together a setlist of Oasis’ classic back catalogue, Gallagher pulled out ‘D’Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman?’ for the first time live since the band’s iconic shows in 1996.

Having opened the headline set with ‘Rock N’ Roll Star’ and ‘Morning Glory’, Gallagher rolled through some fan favourites from his acclaimed solo album As You Were. With surprise support acts coming in the shape of Richard Ashcroft who played a short acoustic set, fans were treated to Shakermaker B-side track ‘D’Yer Wanna Be A Spaceman’ during the encore.
