Blackpink's 'Kill This Love' becomes biggest music video debut in YouTube history

K-Pop band BlackPink set to make history with new North America tour

Korean pop group BlackPink will become the first K-pop girl group in history to play Californian festival Coachella as part of their new North American tour.

The band, a South Korean girl group formed by YG Entertainment, is made up of members Jisoo, Jennie, Lisa, and Rose as the Korean music industry attempts to capitalise on the boom of interest in the music.

As their planned appearance at Coachella takes them to the West Coast, BlackPink have also planned out a North American tour which will see them perform in Los Angeles, Chicago, Hamilton, Newark, Atlanta and Fort Worth.

Following their shows in America, the band will arrive in the UK to play Manchester Arena and London’s SSE Arena before heading off to mainland Europe to play a couple more dates.
